Studio tours will take place on Wednesday, October 22 at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. and last approximately one hour. Pre-registration through AIGA New York and an additional $30 fee are required.

Your conference registration includes admission to all sessions and the Opening Night Reception. Continental breakfast and light refreshment breaks will be provided. Pre- and post-conference events may require separate, additional fees.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with AIGA conferences and activities, in corresponding publications, in AIGA’s archives and on AIGA’s website.
There will be a $100 cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to July 15, 2014. AIGA will refund 50 percent of conference fees paid for cancellations made between July 16 and September 23, 2014. No refunds will be available after September 23. All ticket sales for pre- and post-conference events are final; no refunds will be granted.
Your registration includes admittance to the Opening Night Reception. Extra individual guest tickets are available for onsite registration at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22.
